Customer Services Administrator - North Home Counties - to £23k
Customer Services Administration for office based non-Technical Support Administrator role. You`ll have a customer service background and used to a dynamic, fast paced environment. Day to day, you`ll be running of all post sales activities including : Contracts, RMAs, scheduling, fault call handling and courtesy calls. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills required. You`ll be self motivated and have an eye for detail and used to using Microsoft Office; experience with database input an advantage. In return for your dedication and ability to get things done in this technical support department, our client offers a generous salary - base to £23k, pension, 22 days holiday and Annual Incentive bonus.
